Equipment can be set up outdoors on dry even, ground and in fine weather. Please read through our cancellation policy if your event is outdoors. Play time rules - Adult Supervision AT ALL TIMES - 12 months - 5 years ONLY - No food, gum, lollies drinks - Strictly No Face paint, streamers, silly string, glitter. These items will permanently stain our soft play equipment. - No shoes/heels - No sharp objects
Cancellation Policy
If the Hirer chooses to cancel a booking, the following will apply: Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, this will be processed within 48 hours. Cancellations made within 4 - 9 days of the event, will incur a fee of 25% of the total booking, the remainder will be refunded within 48 hours. If less than 3 days notice is given, full booking costs apply, and no refund will be issued. Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions ( heavy rain, winds exceeding 20 km/ph) the Hirer will be offered credit to use within 12 months from the cancellation date.
